Please feel free to contact us for any questions and wishes about your order. Once your order has been placed, we prepare your package and ship it within three business days. All our packaging is made with eco-friendly material. 
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified and can track your order. 
Your package will be shipped out of Istanbul, Turkey and should arrive within 3-7 business days. 
Upon arrival of your package, additional customs tax may apply depending on your country's customs processing. The receiver is responsible for this fee. 
 
Special gift packaging upon request is available but extra charges will apply.

Please note that cancellation of an order is not possible once the package is dispatched.
